ليلة رأس السنة في إسطنبول تعني الزحام في كل مكان مهم: يُغلق ميدان تقسيم أمام حركة المرور، وتُباع حفلات الفنادق بالكامل بحلول أكتوبر، ولا يمكنك الاقتراب من الجسور الرئيسية. الرحلة البحرية هي الطريقة لتجنّب كل ذلك: تقضي الليلة في وسط مضيق البوسفور، تشاهد المدينة تتلألأ من الماء، وعند منتصف الليل تنطلق الألعاب النارية من الضفتين من حولك. الصعود الساعة 21:00 وتستمر الرحلة حتى نحو 02:00 — خمس ساعات تغطي منتصف الليل بالكامل. يمكنك الاختيار بين خيارين: حفلة الكوكتيل (€250) — حفلة واقفة مع أطعمة على طريقة الكوكتيل طوال الليل، ومشروبات محلية غير محدودة، والعرض الكامل، ودي جي حتى وقت متأخر. العشاء (€400) — عشاء على الطاولة مع قائمة طعام كاملة لرأس السنة، مع نفس العروض واحتفال منتصف الليل. يشمل الخياران النقل من الفندق وإليه، ونخب بالشمبانيا عند منتصف الليل، وهدايا الحفلة التي تُوزّع في تمام 23:30، وطاولات محجوزة. قواعد اللباس: أنيق. القارب مُدفّأ وبه صالة داخلية للجزء الأبرد من الليل. تُباع هذه الليلة مبكرًا — احجز قبل أواخر نوفمبر.
